Strategic Plan, 2024-2026

Last year, Tacoma Habitat’s Board of Directors underwent a strategic planning update to identify how to best serve our community in the coming years, and how to preserve affordable homeownership in perpetuity.

Through the process of interviewing stakeholders, executing a staff survey, and assembling key data on affordable housing in Pierce County, a singular priority was clear: Tacoma Habitat must scale up its operation in order to sustainably meet the growing challenge of affordable homeownership.

This is the resulting plan, which charts an ambitious path for robust growth, equity, and community engagement.
