Keys to Homeownership, April

Discover the Keys to Homeownership with this free workshop series meeting Wednesday and Thursday afternoons this April!

• Have you dreamed of owning your home but don’t know where to start?
• Is your credit stopping you from buying a home?
• Are home prices discouraging you from getting started?

Put all that behind you as your learn how to begin your journey to homeownership—whether you want to buy a Habitat home or on the open market. Topics include: goal setting, creating a spending plan, how to manage credit and its impact, and home financing options.

Join us Wednesdays and Thursdays in April: 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25! Sessions are from 3:30 – 5:30 PM at the Bay Terrace Apartments. Pre-registration is required. Sign up by clicking here.

To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend all sessions in full.

• 4/16 – session 2, budgeting
• 4/22: session 3, credit

• 4/29: session 5, mortgage options
• 4/30: session 6, inspection & closing
